steelecht GmbH processes and saves your personal data when it is communicated to us by e-mail, post, telephone or similar. Of course, this data is kept confidential and it is only used for the originally intended purpose. Data is not passed on to third parties, unless: it is required or permitted according to law; you have given us your permission to do so; a government body has ordered us to submit the information.
If you contact us via e-mail, your e-mails and attached files will be saved in our e-mail system. The legal basis for this is either Article 6, 1. (a), (b) or (c) GDPR.
Data protection for applications
We use the data received in an application (for a job or internship, etc.) to process the application in accordance with Article 6, 1. (a) GDPR. This data will only be seen by persons involved in the application process. If an application is not successful, the information is saved for 6 months following the conclusion of the application process.
